Daughters of Zion Mentorship Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Daughters of Zion (the “Program”), an online Christian mentorship program for women, operated by Julie Lopez (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you (“you” or “Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use or participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility
This Program is intended for women who are at least 18 years old. By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Program Description
The Program provides Christian mentorship, coaching, and spiritual guidance through online sessions, group meetings, and digital resources. The content is based on Christian principles and is intended for personal growth, faith development, and community support.

3. Not Professional Counseling
The Program is not a substitute for professional mental health counseling, medical care, or legal advice. Participation is at your own discretion. If you require professional services, please consult a qualified provider.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

• Fees are stated at checkout and must be paid in full prior to access.
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Refunds: Due to the digital and time-based nature of the Program, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by consumer protection law.

5. Use of Program Materials
All materials provided (videos, PDFs, recordings, worksheets, etc.) are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute Program materials without written permission. All intellectual property remains the property of Julie Lopez.

6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:

• Engage respectfully with mentors and fellow participants.
• Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior.
• Not use the community spaces to promote outside businesses, products, or services.

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the Program without refund for violating this Code of Conduct.

7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for the operation of the Program and will not be sold or shared.

8. Disclaimer
The Program is offered “as-is.” We make no guarantees or warranties about your personal or spiritual outcomes. We do not guarantee specific results from mentorship or participation.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Program will not exceed the amount you paid for access.

10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify participants of significant changes by email or program platform. Continued participation after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
